Expert evaluation When I arrive to evaluate the home you wish to sell (or buy) I won't be bringing a glossy folder full of marketing buzzwords. I will, however, in person, in a professional and expert manner, based on two decades of experience, show you how we arrive at an accurate market value. And I will explain thoroughly how we use that information to arrive at a price appropriate in the current market - because the right price is key to success.

MLS All our homes for sale receive full marketing on the Calgary Real Estate Board's Multiple Listing Service computer database. This gives instant exposure to over 5000 Realtors in the Calgary area, plus a presentation on the Realtor.ca website used by millions of homebuyers across the country.

Showings I set up all showings personally, inform you immediately, and follow your instructions - no 'surprises.' All calls, emails, texts regarding your home come directly to me - not to a secretary, 'assistant', or a 'showing service' that may miss that important tidbit of information that could be critical during negotiations.

Open House We use this marketing tool when appropriate and wanted.

Regular Feedback and Market Analysis We ask for feedback from showing Realtors, and regularly check the market in your neighbourhood. We report this information to you during our weekly review - so you're not left guessing what's going on.
